All personal information that you provide will be safely stored and will not be of any use other than order shipment.
INTEGRITY
All efforts are made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes/colors may vary, making each and every one of my items special and singular.
All glazes are hand-mixed, and food and dishwasher safe (although hand-washing is always gentler, and preferred, for best care).
Please do not place pieces with gold luster in the microwave.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY, via USPS Priority or UPS Ground, unless a different method is requested by the buyer. Buyer assumes all shipping costs. The shipping and handling fee is $35 flat rate. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships.

PICK UP
You can pick up your order free of charge in my studio in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn NY. The exact pick up location will be shared with you in the confirmation email. Please contact me via email, if you have any questions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
I want to make sure every piece is perfect for you. If you are unhappy with an item, you can return any new, undamaged piece within 10 days of delivery in the original packaging.
I am unable to accept returns on made to order items. If any items received are damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we will see if we can work something out. Shipping is non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may be assessed in some cases in the event of a return.
DAMAGED GOODS
The items are carefully packed and checked before shipping. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made via e-mail within 3 days. Please provide pictures of damage or defect.
RETURNS
Please send an e-mail stating the reason for return and order details.
I recommend a return shipping method that allows you to track the package to make sure that it reaches back. Because I cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, I recommend you insure your package. Postage and insurance costs, as well as original shipping charges, are not refundable. Pack your return in a sturdy box with adequate padding to protect the item.
REFUNDS
I will send you an email notification that I have received your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note, processing can take up to three weeks for returns.
